This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You'll AchieveBuild and lead the technical relationships with Asana's strategic enterprise customers, earning trust and fostering long-term partnerships.Provide technical guidance on custom integrations, helping customers identify and mitigate risks in their technical approaches, and encourage new feature adoption through betas and pilots.Support customers throughout their lifecycle, rapidly resolving critical technical issues and coordinating cross-functional efforts to tackle complex problems.Offer early feedback to engineering and product teams to shape future products.About You3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer) managing key stakeholder relationships.Proficiency in at least two programming languages; able to read code and discuss technical concepts confidently with both developers and non-technical stakeholders.Strong communication skills and attention to detail, especially in written communication (please submit a cover letter—we read them!).Experience implementing SAML for authentication and SCIM for user provisioning.Project management expertise; skilled at driving internal and external partners to meet deadlines.Solid foundation in IT infrastructure, governance, and business process management.A creative approach to understanding customer requirements and implementing solutions, including change management and technical engagements.At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $133,000 - $169,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
