Job Description Polyglass USA, Inc., a premiere roofing materials manufacturer, has an opening for a Technical Administrative Coordinator located at our Deerfield Beach, FL facility.
This position will be responsible for administrative and logistical support contributing to the Technical Department.
This role has a high degree of cross-functional communication and collaboration with contractors and sales.
This role supports contractor system activity, warranties, claims and Polyschool.
What You Get To Do: Conducts daily review, update and implementation of all system assembly / contractor letters and follows the process to maintain document control.
Compiles data and develops / implements reporting using our internal database for all department activities including Tech Services, Polyschool, and Warranties.
Reviews/updates Technical Representatives photo reports for accuracy and completion, proper documentation, etc.
Manages warranty transfer process to include reviewing request, determining next steps, assigning technical representative etc.
Responsible for the following as necessary: registering contractors, reviewing warranty requests, and issuing warranties.
Enters department purchase orders into enterprise-wide system.
Responsible for processing/shipping contractor certificates and capturing monthly activity data (attendance, participation, etc.)
related to Polyschool activity.
Performs other duties as required.
What We Look For: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Enterprise MRP/ERP experience such as Salesforce.
Bonus: Associates Degree AS400 experience.
