OVERVIEW Participate in a 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program (iTech U Cohort), featuring a blend of self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on, project-based activities focused on supporting the internal ServiceNow Project Navigator. The program also included job readiness courses, guest speaker sessions, and live demonstrations. Upon successful completion of the 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program, the employee will be eligible for placement in a client support role, likely involving a ServiceNow project. The employee should be prepared to take on the responsibilities of an entry-level developer. If an entry-level developer role is unavailable, the employee may be placed in a supporting role such as testing/QA, analyst, or a similar position. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES During the 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program (iTech U Cohort), the employee will be assigned a ServiceNow certification in which they will work on a self-paced study program to sit and pass the associated exam (Up to the cost of two exams will be covered by iTech AG). The employee will have hands-on development work on an internal ServiceNow Application, assuming assignments as necessary to demonstrate proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow tools and complete other assignments as tasked during this program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Must have passed CSA exam)Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, and customer-centric attitude, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Additional ServiceNow certifications.Basic or advanced knowledge of JavaScript.
