Job Description: Candidate should have 10+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, architecting, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement the technical solutions. Should have experience with source control and release management tools such as GitHub, Copado Exposure in Salesforce Vlocity (Oministudio),Data raptors, Ominiscript, Integration Procedures, Flexcards is a plus. Strong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, LWC, Lightning component, Apex, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs. Develop high-level design for business requirements and should be able to come up with prototypes and demonstrate solution design. Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs Good Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) Strong working knowledge in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM Excellent planning, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills. Certification in Salesforce PD1, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud consultant is added advantage. Salary and Other Compensation: This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
