As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business and IT by analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
You will play a key role in ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.


Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including business users, subject matter experts, and project managers.
Document business requirements clearly and concisely, using various documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows).
Collaborate with IT teams to develop technical specifications and design documents.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Support the development and testing of IT solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT background and understanding of software development processes.
