We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support our Cloud Platform team.

The Opportunity: As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be reporting to the PMG Technology Production Support Team Lead to provide business/product support for investment operations.
You will work with Portfolio Accounting, Custodian Data Reconciliation, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering and Security Operations teams for daily operations.
You will be responsible for understanding the business requirements, identifying process improvements, and designing and implementing solutions.
You will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our product development.
The Day-to-Day:Collaborate closely with all Portfolio Management group which includes Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Analytics, Security operations, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio engineering, Traders and Trading operations Teams to ensure system is performing as expectedMonitor production platforms for start of day readiness and general system healthEffectively foster dialogue and communication between internal business customers, Technology Teams, and our application vendorsProvide operational and incident support for your assigned applications and modulesPerform root cause analysis on production incidents and propose solutions to prevent recurrenceDefine user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirementsDefine business, functional and technical systems requirements accompanied with solution detail, diagramsParticipate in the software development lifecycleIdentify ways to streamline processes by recommending items for automation, re-structuring, or eliminationProvide business recommendations based on critical analysisMaintain a high-level of accuracy while managing multiple requests with varying complexities and due datesYour Qualifications:5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or as a Product Manager supporting business critical applications as part of a Wealth or Investment Management Technology teamHands-on experience in Portfolio management platforms (Portfolio Accounting, Order Generation, Performance and reporting, Market Security)Working knowledge of Portfolio management concepts (Positions, Trades, Securities)Showcase proactive ownership mindsetAbility to analyze various situations and develop creative solutionsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredCompensation:$100,000-$150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments: We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
