Required Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of, and/or success in leading the delivery of automation and advanced analytics solutions in Pharma Clinical Development with the following:
* Driving innovation and continuous improvement in clinical trial technology leveraging cloud native services (e.g.
AWS, Azure).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a Clinical Trials Technical Manager in pharmaceutical life sciences, including experience with the following:
* Understanding data management, data science, analytics, and/or clinical systems;
* Having knowledge of manufacturing data in PLS;
* Demonstrating thorough knowledge and ability to blend business and technical capabilities;
* Having proven abilities to communicate with and manage stakeholders; and,
* Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:
* Understanding and aligning technology solutions with business goals;
* Having proven abilities to communicate with and manage stakeholders;
* Demonstrating willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes; and,
* Leading the delivery of automation and advanced analytics solutions (primarily delivery through AI/ML/GenAI) to improve clinical trial timelines and reduce costs / patient burden.
Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
* Leading the delivery of technology solutions for our PLS division;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; and,
* Mentoring and developing team members to assess high performance and growth opportunities.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
