As aTechnical Customer Managerfor theCloud Segment in theCompute and Networking Business Unit(CNBU) you will supportMicron's Cloud andHyperscaledata centercustomersacross a comprehensive range ofDDR, LPDDR, and HBM based memoryproducts andsolutions!
You?will beaprimary interface between the customer andMicron internal teams, developing along-termrelationshipand servingas a lead project managerforregularcommunicationsinclusive of qualifications,issue resolution, andcritical outgoing messagingto meet business plans!
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationshipswithkeyCloudcustomersto ensure Micron is a trusted advisor and preferred supplier
Lead the qualification of new product introductions (NPI) at targeted customers and their OEM/ODM partners
Definition and execution of customer qualification plans and schedules
Leading customerconcerns by driving priorities on issue resolution-closure-corrective action
Give technical and business inputas it relates to Micron's products and overall business needs
Drive collaboration across segments to ensuretimelycustomer enablement and successful ramp of new products.
Leading regular customer communication, understand customer needs,anddriveassociatednext steps
Ensuring sample requirements areidentifiedand committed to your customer
Provide regularcustomerupdates to Micron management
Work with Micron development and validation teams on the customer qualification process as well as the critical customer requirements
Work closely with Micron Business Development,Program Management,Salesand Fieldteams to align Micron's product roadmaps with customer needs and business goals?
Qualifications and Education:
Demonstrated project management skills, executive presentation abilities and customer relationship management experience are key requirements
Minimum5years of Memory or related high-tech experience including interaction with sales, customers,engineersand product development teams.PreferablywithinMemory,Cloud/Hyperscalecompaniesorrelated field
Understanding of server system architecture, data center design, Memory device design, applications engineer and technical sales
Able to relay technical information to and from the customer verbally and in writing at a professional level
Proven recordworking with multi-functional teamsand communicatingcustomer impacts and tradeoffs.
A strong, driven personality who can work as an advocate for the customer within theengineeringteams
Experience with success in strategic customer engagement with a broad-based understanding of the memory industry.
College degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or business/marketing coupled with significant technical experience
Travel up to 10%-20% may berequired
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$116,500.00 - $263,000.00
