Currently, we have an opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders Calibrate with upper management and teamates to ensure sufficient product has the ability to support the customers' needs Order and source products Establish, build and foster relationships internally and externally Interact with customers and suppliers to complete orders efficiently and timely Communicate with engineers and buyers on a daily basis Answering high of calls per day Enter orders and sample orders Provide estimate ship date to customers Answer emails and phone calls regarding orders and timelines Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience 1+ years of lighting experience Strong attention to detail and customer care Ability to prioritize & manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills – both verbally and written Industry experienced preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel Manufacturing experience is a plus About us: Coronet continues to grow and exceed expectations in producing high-end architectural luminaires quickly and efficiently.
