We're seeking a Technical Director of Platform Security to architect and implement critical features within our products, and adjacent to our products, to ultimately secure our suite of advanced technologies including artificial intelligence systems, command and control platforms, aerospace vehicles, and long range sensors. You will be responsible for leading the technical security strategy and implementation across integrated software and robotics platforms, ensuring mission assurance through hands-on security architecture and engineering leadership.

Responsibilities: Own the development and maturation of security features for Anduril's productsCollaborate and build solutions with engineering teams to meet and exceed industry-standard security goalsBuild a strong partnership with Anduril's Platform Engineering teams in order to develop and execute against a well aligned roadmap that covers Anduril's disposition globallyEngage with teams to remediate uncovered weakness in designs, implementations, integrations, and processesOwn processes that includes both pre-market and post-market processes engineering teams leverage throughout the product development lifecycleDesign and Develop embedded system security softwareRequirements: Strategic vision and technical depth, maintaining active involvement in security architecture and implementationProficient with one or more programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python)Experience assessing security of firmware, applications, network, IoT, or embedded systemsExperience developing features for and improving security of firmware, applications, network, or embedded systemsExperience building, testing, and delivering production-ready systems, especially for embedded and/or Linux systemsFamiliarity with anti-tamper and reverse engineering mechanismsExperience in Platform security engineering and secure SDLC implementationStrong and professional communication skills (written and verbal)Demonstrated commitment to practical, mission-enabling security solutionsMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a US TS clearanceU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled dataPreferred Qualifications: Familiarity with security architectures of embedded, aerospace, or cyber-physical systemsExperience with programmable logic devices and their development toolsKnowledge of cyber threat actors, their TTPs, and their implications for weapon and space system operationsRegularly builds, tests, and delivers production-ready systems, especially for embedded and/or Linux systemsExperience conducting incident response in cloud systems and embedded systemsBENEFITS Platinum Benefits: We offer top tier platinum coverage (medical, dental, vision, life)16 Weeks paid parental leave for all caregiversFamily planning: We're proud to offer comprehensive family planning support. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
