Technical Engineering Supervisor LOCATION: Ludlow, MA

Position Overview
The Technical Engineering Supervisor will oversee the engineering team in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, focusing on blow molding and tooling design.
This role is crucial for improving production efficiency and ensuring the quality of plastic products.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of engineers in the development and optimization of blow molding processes.Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to mold and tooling design.Conduct regular assessments of mold processes to improve efficiency and quality.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all engineering activities.Develop training programs for engineering staff on best practices in plastics manufacturing and tooling design.Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in plastics engineering to enhance company capabilities.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Plastics Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in blow molding or plastics manufacturing.Strong knowledge of mold design and tooling engineering principles.Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to mold design and manufacturing processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Benefits - Medical, Dental and Vision
