Technical Lead (C#, .Net, Aws)

We are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to manage and guide a dynamic development team. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, as well as experience managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.Expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).Proven experience managing offshore development teams.Previous experience working with startups.Experience managing an R&D budget of approximately $1 million per year.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Agile/DevOps practices.Strong understanding of the media content industry, including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.
