Key Responsibilities: Technical Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, product datasheets, and presentations that highlight our cybersecurity solutions.
Product Launch Support: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
Customer Engagement: Serve as a technical resource for the GTM team, providing product demonstrations, technical training, and responding to customer inquiries related to cybersecurity.
Certifications: Develop technical certification, conduct training and hands-on workshops for training sales, customer success, and partners.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, helping to inform GTM strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product capabilities and customer requirements.
Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring our solutions meet market demands.
Qualifications: Must be based in the Bay Area; this is a hybrid role - 2 days in San Jose office.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or a related role within the cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with data security would be a strong plus.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. The estimated base salary for this role is $100k to $150k. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Cyberhaven's total rewards package.
