Partner with key stakeholders to assess and build the day-to-day operations. Manage production schedules, assess timelines, and schedule projects to be produced on weekly basis. Partner with production, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to arrange for the delivery of elements and media needed for production per project. Forecast any special needs/requirements for specific assets including contingency planning for all creative deliverables. Problem solve any issues and escalate to stakeholders as needed. Manage the flow and prioritization of project requests and deliverables through all phases of production. Maintain comprehensive digital library of logos, AE and PSD files needed for editorial team. Partner with editorial to establish organization of bins, metadata, media and file organization for projects. Partner with finishing to provide visibility into creative assets that will be delivering and forecast future workload. Provide technical specs and needs for all projects delivering to finishing. Partner with finishing to manage archive of all finished creative deliverables and graphic toolkits. Liaise with IS&T to manage and troubleshoot any technical issues with editing systems, data management or file delivery. Establish, maintain, and update end to end procedures, best practices, spec sheets and workflows for asset production, asset sharing and file delivery. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of up-to-date production and post- production techniques. Provide insight on opportunities to leverage new production/post technologies, creative tools and software. Raise major campaign issues/questions to senior staff. Special projects as assigned. Additionally This position requires working full-time in office 5 days per week. Location Culver City.
