You Must Have:

5+ years of relevant digital experience in a B2B environment: Technical Product Management, Change Management, Process Optimization, Technical Support.

*Bachelor's Degree in a technical orbusinessfield

MBA preferred or equivalent experience with a background in usability, human factors,digital design,communication

Business to Business (B2B) eCom experience preferred. In-depth understanding of complexbusiness systemssuch aseCom (Hybris preferred), CRM (SFDC),ERP (SAP preferred), Customer Portal, etc.

Excellent communication skillscombined with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization

Adept incritical thinkingand understanding ofbusiness process, technology, systems, and tools

Experience withgroup facilitationand ability to lead in across-functionaland global organization

Strong ability to solicit, understand and documentbusinessrequirements, processes, and workflows, and translate into process design and development

Collaborativeapproach to working across multiple teams to ensure individual and collective success

Excellent program, project andtime managementandexecution skills, with theability to adaptandhandle multiple projectswith different priority levels and deadlines

Demonstratedinitiativeandresourcefulness;Self-starterwith the ability to work independently

Prior experience developing adigital strategyand vision, including digital journey mapping, drafting use case scenarios and test cases, leading change andcollaboratingwith a variety ofbusiness, technology andcreativepartners

Proficient understanding ofAgile toolsand Software Development Tools

Proactive,detail-oriented, with high regard for quality andconsistencyofcommunication, and able to present concise plans and ideas to executive level in a diverse work environment

PriorPeople Managementexperience

Strong business acumenwith data-mining mindset

Detailed, highlyinnovative, capable of explaining complex information in non-technical terms
