About the Role:
Manages banking products, services, and delivery channels from conceptual stages through research, development, marketing, training, sales programs, performance tracking and the product life cycle in support of the Bank's strategic goals and objectives.
Responsible for managing the portfolio of assigned products and the research and development of new products for the product line. Evaluates and enhances actively sold and serviced products, identifies opportunities for revenue enhancements, tracks profitability, and manages changes to assigned products, including evaluating the impact of regulatory changes and customer needs analysis.
Maintains awareness of new trends and developments of banking products and services in the market by conducting competitive analysis, market assessments, and researching feasibility of new products and delivery channels.
Assists with assessing and reporting on the effectiveness, revenue generation, market penetration, and profitability of new and existing products and services. Measures and tracks the financial performance volume against established goals.
Assists with the creation of business plans, business requirements and developing technical specifications for new products and services. Leads projects including developing project plans, presentations, development of training material, communications and other information related to product launch.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities. Keeps up to date on regulation changes and follows all Bank policies and procedures.
May coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words.
About You:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Finance, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of relevant data analyst and/or product development, management, and/or operations experience.
Advanced ability to analyze assigned product line and industry trends to optimize products to drive performance, penetration, and pricing.
Advanced knowledge of the Bank's products and services, bank policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and project management skills.
Advanced ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners.
Advanced marketing and product development concepts and practices, product lines and potential applications, and customer requirements.
Advanced Regulatory and Compliance knowledge.

Fully onsite.
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $85,115.10 to $121,593.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon various non-discriminatory factors.

Benefit eligibility begins the first day of the month following the date of hire for associates who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty hours weekly.
