Total Wine & More is seeking a talented Technical Product Manager, Kibo with experience in the Kibo Commerce digital platform to join our growing Digital team. Our team leads the Total Wine & More website, mobile apps, and related digital channels with a purpose of building a trusted destination and personalized experience that helps customers be confident explorers and purchasers of beverage alcohol both in-store and online. We are revolutionizing our e-Commerce experience to provide customers an enhanced experience for when they shop our stores.

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is passionate about digital experiences, energetic design thinkers, self-driven technologists, and smart strategists. To fit in, you should be excited about delivering simplified experiences that make life easier for our internal and external customers. You will be able to apply your deep knowledge of the Kibo Commerce technology solution and use that knowledge to shape a vision for experiences that drive the customer journey. You'll also need to be equally comfortable talking to developers in our Agile teams as you are communicating with our partners in IT, Operations, and Merchandising.
The Technical Business Analyst works closely with Developers, QA engineers, UX/UI Designers, and partners to build high-value features that meet customer needs and drive sales. You will report to the Director of Product Management.
You willAlign with stakeholders and business partners on the product vision, goals, and roadmap on strategy and planning.Research and validate the market needs, user pain points, and competitive landscape.Write clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development and QA teams.Establish and measure KPIs to evaluate the impact and value of the product features.Collaborate with the scrum team to break down complex problems and requirements into manageable tasks and deliverables.Make data-driven decisions and trade-offs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.Participate in all agile ceremonies and provide feedback and guidance to the scrum team.Conduct user research and testing to validate assumptions and hypotheses.Communicate technical solutions and enhancements in a simple and concise way to stakeholders and business partners.Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members (Development, QA, UX/UI, etc.) and foster a collaborative and agile culture.Advocate for the end-user and stakeholder by developing a deep understanding of their needs, behaviors, and motivations.Leverage best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve the product development process and outcomes.You will come with5+ years minimum experience with 3+ years in Digital or eCommerce product management within web and mobile.Experience implementing and operationalizing the Kibo Commerce solutions.Bachelor's degree in business or computer science; MBA is preferred.Knowledge of the Kibo Commerce Ecommerce and OMS platform.Strategic thinker to solve complex problems.Demonstrated experience in building compelling digital web and mobile experiences.Strong insight and analysis skills to leverage data for innovation.Experience managing software development tools (JIRA, Confluence) is preferred.We offerFirst class Health care plans (medical, prescription, dental, vision).401(k), HSA, FSA, Pre-tax commuter benefits.Ample Paid Time Off (PTO) and Company Holidays.Generous store discounts.Disability & life insurance coverage.Paid parental leave.Pet insurance.Critical illness and accident insurance.Discounted home and auto insurance.College tuition assistance.Career development & product training.Consumer classes & More!Grow with us Total Wine & More is the country's largest independent retailer of fine wine, beer, and spirits, and we continue to grow our footprint year over year.
