Total Wine & More is seeking a talented Technical Product Manager, Kibo with experience in the Kibo Commerce digital platform to join our growing Digital team. Our team leads the Total Wine & More website, mobile apps, and related digital channels with a purpose of building a trusted destination and personalized experience that helps customers be confident explorers and purchasers of beverage alcohol both in-store and online. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is passionate about digital experiences, energetic design thinkers, self-driven technologists, and smart strategists. To fit in, you should be excited about delivering simplified experiences that make life easier for our internal and external customers. You will be able to apply your deep knowledge of the Kibo Commerce technology solution and use that knowledge to shape a vision for experiences that drive the customer journey. You'll also need to be equally comfortable talking to developers in our Agile teams as you are communicating with our partners in IT, Operations, and Merchandising.
The Technical Business Analyst works closely with Developers, QA engineers, UX/UI Designers, and partners to build high-value features that meet customer needs and drive sales. You will report to the Director of Product Management.
