Qualifications: Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience * Candidates should have 3-5 years of Technical Business Analysis or product management experience * 3-5 years of experience developing products or experience of product management * 1-3 years of business transformation experience * JIRA experience * 2-4 years of financial industry experience * For intermediate-level and senior-level positions: * 5-15 years of experience in product management * Agile certification * Experience scaling technical infrastructure to meet the demands of global customers
