Data Model Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the application's underlying data model.

Qualifications The Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of commercial lines insurance, particularly in underwriting systems and data, and familiarity with industry standards like ISO.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
Autonomy and Motivation: Ability to work independently and effectively without daily management interaction.
Analytical Mindset: Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing data-driven commercial insurance solutions.
Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Curiosity and Insight: Detail-oriented with a passion for data and strategic insights - and the ability to dive deep to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Hands-On Experience: Practical experience in conceptualizing and refining technical solutions, with prior coding experience being a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is 110,000 - 180,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
