Liberty MutualTechnology'sGlobal Digital Servicesorganizationissearching fora highlyskilled and motivated Technical Program Manager(TPM)to lead ourCore Platform Modernization (CPM)Program. CPM is a strategic enterprise program focused on advancing the sustainability ofthe critical applicationand data platforms.  
The TPM will focus on current and future key initiatives including:
Track B:Mitigating risks related to escalating software costs, including migrating from ACF2 to RACF.

Track C:Building theAstadiafactory totranspilemainframe code, ensuring syntactic correctness,validatingfunctional parity, and deploying to production.

BPMReplatforming:Transitioning legacy BPM/WID/BAW systems to Spring Boot, enhancing security, support, and integration capabilities.

Alignmentwith leadership ofTrack A, which focuses on developing the Frontier platform,to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive progress.

About the job:
This rolewill ensurestrategic alignment with businessobjectives,facilitateinformed investment decisions, and drive positive organizational change through effective stakeholder alignment, adoption, and governance. 
Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap forenterprisemodernization, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand driving successful implementation and governance acrossbusiness units anddepartments.

Leadership and Team Management:Lead andfacilitatecross-functional team discussions, fosteringcollaboration,accountabilitythroughout the modernization process.

Vendor Management:Manage technology vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within established timelines and budgets.

Change Management:Develop and implement change management strategies to address resistance,facilitatecultural shifts, and ensure smooth adoption and ongoing governance of modernized systems.

Risk Management:Identifyanddevelopmitigationstrategies forpotential risks associated with the modernization efforts, ensuring thetimelydelivery of high-value business outcomes across the enterprise.

Communication:Exceptional communication skills,includingactive listening skills, allow you to conveytechnicalinformationeffectivelyto diverse groups of stakeholders across a variety of different formatsand serve as the primary point of contact for creating and delivering program communications. 

Continuous improvement:Identifyopportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices within theprogram's lifecycles. 

QualificationsBachelor's or Master'sdegree in technical or business discipline.
Minimum10+ years of Program / Project Management or implementation consulting experience including delivering software solutions in an agile environment.
Exceptional leadership abilitiesandhighly developedinterpersonal skillsdrive andachieve major transformationaloutcomes through influence,while lackingdirect reporting authority.
Critical thinking skills toenable contributionsto solving complex business problems.  
Strong analytical skills with the ability tocreate andleveragedata to drive decision-making.
Deepability todrivedecision-making processes within the organization,using Strategic Thinkingskills.
Excellent skills in collaboration and coordination across diverse teams and functions.
Proficiencyin developing structured and impactful executive presentations.
Process Improvement: Strong process improvement and organizational skills to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in executing strategic initiatives.
Continualknowledge ofevolving technology landscape, both internal and external, to help shape solutions to have technical longevity.??
In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies and their application to business opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of business operations,objectives, and strategies. 
In-depth knowledge of agilemethodology, and ability to mobilize multiple agile delivery teams across multiple domains towards a single mission.
Strong knowledgeof technology and industry trends. Able to lead technical decisions andproblem-solvingusingexpertise.
Highly developednegotiation, facilitation and consensus building skillsdemonstratedthrough effective interactions with cross-functional stakeholders.
