The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve gaps in current processes/tools needed to ensure a successful delivery of our releases with high quality and stability.Lead OEM collaboration on top quality areas and manage key issues across the organization to closure.Ensure alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules and communicate status and health to all stakeholders.Identify tools (processes, techniques, automation) that lead or contribute to operational scalability for the internal team.Lead triage and communicate progress with Tech Leads and Program Managers of top issues related to product quality and stability.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
