A large gaming client in Orange County, CA is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the team. In this role, you will partner with internal engineering teams to review application security findings and facilitate discussions to clarify technical recommendations. You'll translate security findings into actionable technical workstreams and work with Engineering and Operations teams to define scope, timelines, and milestones. Creating and maintaining a security remediation roadmap, you'll balance technical feasibility and business priorities. Acting as the central point of contact for remediation-related communication, you'll update internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and timelines. Utilizing JIRA, you'll monitor work and progress, developing detailed reports to ensure compliance with security audit requirements. Ensuring all changes and decisions align with security and compliance standards will be crucial. Although a local candidate is preferred, remote candidates will be considered. This is a contract role available through 6/30/2025.

Minimum Requirements5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a related role.Strong background working in IT, application security, compliance, or game development environments.Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, Engineering, IT, Security, and Compliance.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.Familiarity with static application security testing.Nice to Have Skills & ExperiencePMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience driving initiatives in a DevSecOps environment.Hands-on experience with risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation processes.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
