Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of networking product development, with prior experience in similar fields. This role involves working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and collaborating with backend teams to design and deliver products that meet customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to engage with customers, understand their product requirements, and provide technical expertise. Lead cross-functional teams to execute programs from concept to delivery, ensuring products meet customer specifications. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may impact program success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in the networking or high-tech industry. Strong understanding of networking technologies, key components, software/hardware and product development processes. Experience working on networking products in ODM, OEM environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. Knowledge of industry and professional standards, regulations and compliance.
