Technology Resource Assessment Program Director
As part of theAnalytics & Decision Managementteam within theCiti's Technology and Business Enablement COO function, theTechnology Resource Assessment Program Directoris responsible for managing the Technology Resource Assessment Program Office tasked with monitoring and reporting the firms Technology Resources supporting the Consent Order obligations. Technology Resources includes staffing, application adequacy, and funding in support of the Consent Order.
TheTechnology Resource Assessment Program Directorwill require a broad and comprehensive understanding of Citi and Citi's Operations and Technology organizations. The Program Director is required to have program / project management and operational experience to develop and execute Technology Resource Assessment plans, including the communication of requirements, collection and challenge data, and report Technology Resource requirements. Partnering with Technology colleagues and Human Resources, the Program Director has accountability to coordinate Technology's execution of the Enterprise Workforce Management Article X workstreams.
Structured collaboration, analytical and communication skills are required to effectively partner with key stakeholders and report to senior leadership. Supporting transparency to senior Citi stakeholders and regulators, this role is responsible for providing effective Program Management and reporting of Operations and Technology Article X initiatives and facilitating the identification of interdependencies and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Through collaboration, lead the develop project plans to support the Technology Resource Assessment book of work.
Report in accordance with the end-to-end plan (milestones, deliverables, timing, and resourcing) in support of the Consent Order execution.
Execute processes for the reporting and tracking of the resourcing requirements and applications supporting Technology Transformation and Consent Order obligations.
Coordinate the execution and oversight of Technologies execution of the Workforce Management Article X workstreams.
Actively participate in the review and challenge sessions with the Business, Programs, Workforce Management and Finance.
Identify potential dependencies and resource constraints (in support of Consent Order execution against BAU or other programs).
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase remediation effectiveness and efficiency.
Establish relationships with all in-scope Operations and Technology organizations.
Lead and empower a team of Project Managers to execute the plans supporting the end-to-end analysis and reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with all Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) and Transformation Program Office (TPO) requirements.
Maintain an ongoing Risk Assessment process to ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and controls.
Oversee a team of employees and be responsible for goal setting, performance measurement and performance management.
Qualifications Include:
10 years of Program Management in Financial Services or equivalent experience required.
Experience in leading transformation programs, key strategic programs, and ability to drive change.
Strong risk and control mindset.
Track record of exceptional performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of people across functions / seniority.
No surprise approach in communicating issues/requests.
Excellent partnership and influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions.
Well-developed listening skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively across business units / functions to deliver results.
High energy, diplomatic, self-starter with a flexible and pragmatic attitude and desire to show continued progress.
Demonstrates organizational savvy.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
