Technical Project Administrators
Vantage Point Solutions, a growing and dynamic telecommunications consulting and engineering firm, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team of professionals. We have an immediate opening for a remote Technical Project Administrator. The Technical Project Administrator will collaborate with colleagues to understand organizational processes and develop data-driven solutions that increase efficiency, show trends within procedures, and enable new opportunities for client focused tracking features.
Key functions of this role will include: Create and maintain templates Maintain process documentation Coordinate meetings and capture minutes Perform general administrative duties Provide backup to the Senior Project Administrators, and OSP Project Administrators Work within a team and collaborate to develop solutions Take requests from varying departments to generate tracking mechanisms Integrate existing trackers into Smartsheet and train resources to use the improved solutions Maintain knowledge of new and improved features of software and applications Competencies: Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Proficient listening and note taking skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Strong technical skills Professional written and oral communication skills Excellent problem solving and analysis skills Basic Skills/Knowledge: Smartsheet experience (at least 6 months) Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Working Knowledge of GSuite/Google Workspace Preferred-Not Required Skills/Knowledge Smartsheet add-on knowledge (Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, WorkApps, etc.) ProntoForms ESRI Vantage Point is offering full-time positions with benefits and contract positions for these openings.
