We are seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 6-month hybrid(on-site multiple days/wk) position with our Austin, Texas client. You will serve as a technical consultant responsible for assessing, improving, and implementing our system's existing Power Platform systems. This position requires a deep expertise in low-code/no-code best practices, including version control, change management, and automated testing. Key responsibilities include articulating and enforcing standards, providing hands-on training to internal staff, addressing technical issues like environment variable management, and delivering a holistic framework for sustainably managing a large Power Platform application portfolio. Responsibilities: Actively work with and lead multiple stakeholder groups Define needs/requirements, communicate and present to upper management Conduct detailed assessments of existing Power Platform systems and processes Develop and implement recommendations for optimizing practices to align with goals Hands-on oversight of recommended improvements and implementations Implement automated release and regression testing processes Collaborate on backlog reduction and prioritization of business needs Provide hands-on training and ongoing support for the internal team Requirements: Proven experience leading hands-on Power Platform implementation projects, including Power Apps and Power Automate Expertise in version control, change management, and deployment strategies for low-code/no-code environments Proficiency with Azure DevOps and automated testing frameworks for Power Platform Ability to develop scalable management strategies and implement solutions for large application portfolios Knowledge of security best practices and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience with Azure native, .NET, or ColdFusion platforms is preferred
