Job Description:
The successful candidate will need to have experience managing a technical team and experience working as a team member for technical projects. Candidate must understand various stages of technical projects, support day-to-day operations, and have the ability to work with the team to develop and maintain project tasks. The candidate must also demonstrate the capacity to work in a large enterprise environment.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Define, analyze, and orchestrate the delivery of business and complex technical requirements.
Coordinate quality assurance, installation, documentation, and delivery management.
Support multiple technical enterprise team efforts and business goals.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle alongside technical team (requirements gathering, development, testing, etc.)
Create, review and/or present presentations.
Create and/or review reports for business customers.
Generate ad-hoc reports for analysts and leadership team.
Interact and coordinate with outside divisions.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Interact daily with project Section Chief, technical team, and analysts.
Attend technical and business requirements meetings as needed.
Track all cycles of development tasks and implementation.
Prepare and submit status reports.
Ensure project adheres to delivery requirements and timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active IRS Moderate Risk MBI is a plus).
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience with MS .Net Framework (VB .Net) and/or SQL Server as a developer.
Experience with Agile processes.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and other MS Office Applications.
Self-motivated with the ability to switch between multiple tasks based on client direction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills which include the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
