Our well-known Marine-focused nonprofit client is looking for a highly collaborative, environmentally passionate Technical Project Manager to join their team for at least 18 months with potential to extend longer!
This Role requires onsite at least 3 days/month to collaborate with team & stakeholders in Monterey.
This Technical Project Manager will be:
Working with VP of Technology, Product Team, and others across the organization to ensure deadlines are met within guidelines.
Managing new CRM implementation into SalesForce's nonprofit tool.
Spearheading project management for Website, ecomm, and CRM initiatives and how they tie into larger business goals and technology updates.
Creating project reports detailing project status, budget actuals and forecasts, impact, risks, resources, and estimates to all stakeholders across the organization.
Advising senior leadership on project risks, challenges, and opportunities to ensure work continues to meet strategic commitments. Use discretion and diplomacy when providing sensitive information about vendors, teams, or individuals' performance on the project.
Understanding audience needs and accessibility requirements and how they affect project deliverables.
Managing budgets and burn down reports for projects and deliverables.
Helping plan for team training on new CRM.
Skills/Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing digital projects within Product teams, CRM, websites, and ecomm platforms from soup to nuts.
Has managed a new CRM implementation within an organization.
Proven ability in keeping stakeholders accountable within timelines; ensuring deadlines are met, leading meetings and agile flows.
Has managed project budgets ($1.5+ million) and multi-year schedules.
