The role: In this position, you will work in a high-impact role driving client implementations, coordinating with business units, product divisions, and cross-functional teams both internal and external to Galileo. You will be responsible for defining, communicating, and executing projects of a technical nature. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll play the critical role of steering and prioritizing the efforts of internal and external product teams to drive the client to a successful market launch while managing technical and business risk.
What you'll do: Manage complex interdependencies across multiple, cross-functional parties to build and launch client programs while demonstrating excellence in client serviceProvide planning and advisory guidance on implementations to both the client community and internal teamsReview status of projects, set deadlines, manage schedules, and prepare status reportsInfluence remote teams on best practices and prioritization during the program and software development lifecyclesAssess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesWork directly with APIs, review logs, and troubleshoot technical issuesCollaborate with internal project staff resources to execute project plansParticipate in evaluating existing systems and business functionsGather, communicate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for new projects to fulfill client needsBalance project planning, execution, risk, issue mitigation, and escalation to management as appropriateParticipate and develop new processes that align closely with company and department OKRs while onboarding new projects and opportunities.What you'll need: BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, related field, or equivalent experienceExcellent organization skills, ability to communicate with multiple teams, and ability to apply critical thinking to problem solve custom solutionsExperience with APIs, cloud networking, tools to test/troubleshoot API issues, and software development lifecycle4+ years of IT Project Management experience preferredYou know how to build an effective project plan that takes into account technical details, internal and external dependencies, shared resources, and risks.Ability to earn trust, build and maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusionVendor Relation experience, preferably in the credit and debit card spaceCompensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
