Overview:
Aurum is looking for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, has a keen eye for detail, loves to solve problems, is process oriented, and has a hunger for constant improvement.
Project responsibilities will include successful planning, managing workflows, implementation, follow ups, end-to-end delivery on medium to high complexity projects, communicating plans and changes, and updating stakeholders.
You will work with a team across locations and time zones and collaborate closely with the Head of Studio and the Dev and Art team leads.
Responsibilities:
Operationalize (Pre-Go Live, Go Live, Post Go Live) Execute and communicate the Deployment Plan.
Arrange training for production teams and operators.
Engage with external stakeholders.
Ensure resources are available for go-live monitoring and troubleshooting.
Process & Continuous Improvement Evaluate and improve processes, documenting and sharing best practices.
Implement and follow up on improvements identified during Lessons Learned.
Research and recommend new ways of working.
Initiation & Planning Oversee end-to-end project planning, including scope, communication, risks, and stakeholder management.
Define project benefits, roles, and governance.
Create and maintain the Project Schedule.
Problem Reviews Investigate development queries, ensuring appropriate communication.
Analyze technical issues, providing potential solutions.
Coaching & Mentoring Mentor and coach Technical/Project Managers and Coordinators, providing feedback and guidance.
Strategic Planning Collaborate with Business Units on defining, prioritizing, and updating roadmaps.
Align project objectives with Business Unit strategies.
Execution, Monitoring & Controlling Track project schedules, manage risks, and handle changes.
Ensure effective communication and support quality product delivery.
Deployment Preparation & Environment Maintenance Conduct releases and maintain environments.
Troubleshoot and configure environments as needed.

Technical Project Manager Level 2: Skills Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
Responsibility & Accountability Task Variety & Stress Tolerance: Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business objectives and environment.
Technical Skills: Strong technical background and working knowledge of software development.
Project Experience: 4-5 years in project management or relevant IT/software experience, including end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects.
SDLC & PM Methodologies: Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle and multiple project management methodologies.
Customer Service: Experience in customer service and understanding of platform interdependencies.
Availability: Out-of-hours support based on operational needs.
Mentorship: Experience in mentoring or coaching is an advantage.
