POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Project Manager will lead a critical project to provide integration and automation with partner banks for the HOA industry. This role involves managing software integration projects between FRONTSTEPS and banking partners, support process creation, customer onboarding and go-to-market activities to increase customer acquisition within a clear budget and timeline.
\n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSManage project scope, establish timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery across FRONTSTEPS and Banking Partners.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive software enhancements and resolve issues efficientlyEnsure the technical aspects of the application align with project goalsCreate comprehensive documentation for project plans, updates, and outcomesDevelop and implement a go-to-market strategy to increase the customer baseManage and assist customer onboarding activitiesOversee budgeting for customer acquisition and project expendituresMaintain effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updatesIdentify risks and devise appropriate mitigation strategiesEnsure the application meets high standards of performance and reliabilityDeliver regular reports on project status to senior management and stakeholdersPerforms other duties as requested by management SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, especially in system integration or financial servicesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and documentation capabilitiesExperience and understanding of integrating AI into advanced product offeringsProficient in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologiesUnderstanding of the HOA space and banking services is a plusFinancial acumen for effective budget management

This position will be based in FRONTSTEPS' Denver, CO headquarters and pays an annual salary of $90,000 - $120,000.
\nThis position will remain open through 1/1/2025.
