What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are documented
Continuously monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics
Create task tickets in GitHub and prepare progress reports
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 2 years of technical project management and scrum experience
Good understanding of basic statistical concepts and research methodologies
Expert-level usage of Github at the Project Management level
PMP and CSM certifications are a plus
Experience with PHP, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, MySQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Cloudflare

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
