Summary:We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team at Gotion Inc.. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for technical roles in our manufacturing department. You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we are hiring the best possible talent.Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent for technical roles in manufacturing and operations.Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking.Conduct initial phone interviews and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.Work with hiring managers to develop and execute interview plans.Prepare and present offer letters to candidates.Onboard new hires and provide them with the support they need to be successful.Track and report on recruiting metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of the EV battery manufacturing process and technical roles.Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for EV battery companies.Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Bilingual in English and another language.
