The Role As PayZen's first in-house Technical Recruiter, you will source, recruit, and close talented professionals to join our Engineering and Product teams. You'll be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of candidates for our San Francisco headquarters, as well as other US locations as needed. These teams are instrumental to PayZen's product led growth, and you'll be a key driver of growing our talent.
\n ResponsibilitiesFull cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing). Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: utilizing tools and platforms, and creative engagement strategies to source top talent and actively source passive candidates.Track and document requisition advancement and candidate communications in ATS (Lever). Deliver a high touch, high-quality and transparent candidate experience. Develop standardized interview practices with client groups to drive effective and equitable hiring.Identify areas of improvement in our hiring processes as we continue to scale. Requirements2+ years of successful full cycle tech recruiting experience. Consistently able to generate a targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline.In-house recruiting experience required Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $140,000 - $170,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for a competitive equity package, and benefits. \n
