About the Role: We're looking for a recruiter who will own technical roles, full cycle, from sourcing through to close, providing best in class stakeholder management, recruiting enablement, and candidate experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent sourcer who operates with a strong sense of pace and urgency. You should be able to work autonomously, have deep experience across a variety of technical roles, and, most importantly, drive proactive communication with critical stakeholders.
What You'll Do: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical and positions with a focus on quality. To start, heavy focus will be on recruiting software engineers
Build relationships with leaders and quickly calibrate on ideal candidate profiles
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to hire the best talent for the role in a structured and objective manner
Manage the recruiting process from start to finish, keeping candidate experience top of mind and leading the process to sell and close the right candidate
Maintain recruiting related data and report out on hiring progress
About You: 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
2+ years of technical specific recruiting experience with exposure to software engineering and data engineering
Experience hiring for start-ups or high growth tech companies (either at agency or in-house)
Experience working with senior leaders and providing top tier stakeholder management
Skilled at crafting outbound sourcing strategies to build pipeline quickly
Familiarity with using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience using Ashby is preferred.
