Senior Federal Technical Recruiter
Summary:
The Senior Federal Technical Recruiter will qualify requirements, post job descriptions, source potential personnel utilizing various databases, and screen candidates for cleared IT positions. They must work effectively in a fast-paced, primarily remote environment, have outstanding sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs, and have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, primarily in the Federal IT vertical.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks for (primarily) Federal customers, including, but not limited to:
candidates via job boards including LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs
job requirements to internal career portal and external facing job boards
candidates, match skills with requisitions, and submit qualified individuals
candidates for interviews, perform salary negotiations, deliver offers/ contracts, assist with candidate onboarding, check professional references, and redeploy previous contractors
new candidates, update profiles, maintain organized networks/referrals, and document all related activities within our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Paylocity
Qualifications & Skills:
years of total recruitment experience (3+ minimum in the Federal IT vertical)
sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs experience strongly preferred)
in the Northern Virginia or DC area
position is currently remote, it may include limited time in-office in the future
to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal, and negotiation skills
to be a team player; desire to contribute to the continued growth of the organization

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $70,000-$100,000, depending on level of experience
Quarterly Bonus Plan: $5,000 per quarter/$20k annually based on hitting quarterly starts goals
