About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead and manage the recruitment process for our technical teams, with a primary focus on Machine Learning while also supporting Software Engineering, Product, and Data hiring efforts. This role requires deep expertise in the tech industry, including an understanding of the tools, skills, and experiences needed for a variety of technical roles.The Technical Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment and play a strategic role in workforce planning. They will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify hiring needs, build strong technical teams, and align recruiting strategies with organizational goals. Additionally, they will help shape hiring strategies to ensure we attract and retain the best talent to meet our business objectives.As a full-time temporary employee, you will have the opportunity to enroll in Fetch's comprehensive benefits package.

Scope of Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles at all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Team Collaboration:Partner with teams through the recruitment process to provide recommendations and optimize hiring processes.
Process Improvement:Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
Scalable Programs:Develop and execute scalable recruiting programs and initiatives to support the company's growth.
Market Insights:Stay informed about industry trends, compliance factors, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Diversity and Inclusion:Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates.

Skills we believe you need for this position:
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Demonstrated collaboration, with the ability to develop and lead hiring strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, cross functional partners and immediate team members.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools and technologies. Greenhouse and GEM experience a plus!
