Key Responsibilities: Administered and managed Windows Server/Desktop operating systems, including user administration, file systems, software, and services.Configure and maintain servers and storage systems, including RAID configurations.Manage Active Directory, including backup, recovery, and Group Policy Object (GPO) setup.Troubleshoot fundamental networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.Implement and monitor security principles, including ACL and encryption protocols.Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, bash, ksh, or perl) for task automation.Monitor system health and performance, providing analytics to identify bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts.Develop disaster recovery plans and perform backup and restoration for systems, applications, and data.Install and manage patches and firmware updates.Provide exceptional customer support with a +1 service mindset This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime. **All Candidates Must be Authorized to Legally Work in the US Without Sponsorship** Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully.
