What is your great idea?The NetApp Technical Solution Specialist (TSS)is a senior technical sales executive who is focused on our US Public Sector customers' Digital Transformation journey. A TSS specializes in the solutions that NetApp provides to Public Sector customers in the area of Enterprise Hybrid (on-prem)/Multi-Cloud.Candidates will have proven experience and skills at combining the 4 elements of: Understanding the unique business requirements of Public Sector Customer's journey to public cloudAbility to provide expert technical guidanceTechnical understanding and selling skills of the NetApp product portfolio and related cloud solutions, with a proven track record of successful customer selling campaignsAbility to manage an opportunity selling cycle from incubation to closureIn addition, candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can scale that communication across a wide range of audiences, from end user to executive management. Candidates should have excellent negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to present solutions to customers. Strong working knowledge of the three main Public Cloud Providers, (Amazon AWS, Google GCP, and Microsoft Azure). Experience working in a team selling environment through collaboration is highly desirable.The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in Hybrid (on-prem)/Multi-Cloud environments and understand what the business and technology challenges are in this field. Job RequirementsExcellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goalsStrong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environmentDemonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance and proposing solutionsExcel in working in a team selling environmentDemonstrate a creative approach to problem-solvingFinancial acumen – understand finance, P&L process, standards, and ROI toolsEducation & ExperienceTypically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree preferredCertifications in any of the three Public Clouds and VMware preferredClearances preferred: Secret or higher, Top Secret preferred#SponsorDid you know…Statistics show women apply to jobs only when they're 100% qualified. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
