Leads inbound and outbound user (customer, study participant, etc.)
interactions, including increasing sales and helping schedule/guide study participants.
Deliversoutstanding service to all users/participants and help increase customer satisfaction.
Reports issues to the engineering and product teams.

Experience Required for Your Success BS/BA Degree required.
