Support the Digital Focus Factory (DFF) processes and equipment through troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure its correct operation and improve its performance. Provide level 1 support with new DFF implementations. Follow-up on recurring problems in the teams until the root cause is found and the solution is reached.
This position is an onsite position, located in Crawfordsville, IN.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Ensure traceability system availability and functionality (30%) Provide root cause analysis and systematic solutions-actions to problems in traceability system (25%) Support new implementations of DFF processes (20%) Level 1 technical support for production teams for DFF issues (25%)Skills and Minimum Experience Required 2 years' experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience supporting traceability systems Able to manage priorities of multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment Ability to work independently as well as in teams Excellent problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting, and negotiating skills Experience on manufacturing assembly cells and test processes Sense of urgency Ease of adapting to changes Ability to work in a team Ability to work with minimal supervision Computer Skills: basic knowledge of computer hardware, proficiency in operating systems and familiarity with productivity software such as Microsoft officePreferred Skills and Experience 3-5 years' experience Associate's Degree or Technical Degree or equivalentPhysical Requirements We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
