Role :Technical Trainer
Location:Golden, CO (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM Key Responsibilities Content Development: Assist in designing, developing, distributing, and implementing technical training materials in various formats, including articles, classes (in-person and virtual), newsletters, presentations, videos, and websites.eLearning Administration: Support the administration of eLearning and learning management tools.Training Delivery: Provide training related to technology and computer applications for users at all proficiency levels.Content Review: Review and revise existing training content, such as job aids, handouts, and reference materials.Module Creation: Develop digital learning modules, including content creation, audio, and video recording.Resource Development: Create presentations, e-learning modules, hands-on exercises, and documentation to facilitate effective learning experiences.Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Innovation & Technology teams to ensure training materials are current and relevant to emerging technologies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful technical training materials that prepare our workforce for future challenges.Required Skills and Experience Technical Training Expertise: Intermediate to advanced experience in creating technical training content/curriculum, especially for MS Office 365, suitable for entry-level to proficient users.eLearning Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar platforms for online training creation.Video Editing Skills: Experience with Camtasia or similar tools for screen recording and video editing.Microlearning Experience: Preferred experience in developing microlearning content.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.Skills and Competencies Proven experience in developing and delivering effective technical training programs.Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to learn quickly and explain complex software and technology concepts.Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members and subject matter experts to enhance the technical skill base of employees.
