Overview:
Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazines 100 Best Companies to Work For, is looking for a driven, professional, organized administrative assistant to support our Training team in our Peachtree Corners, GA office.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support (phone, email, video calls) through our Learning Management System Electronic processing such as Excel data management, Outlook scheduling, collecting online surveys, updating records, and monitoring email account for information to input on company intranetOther duties include, but are not limited to, performing general administrative duties such as invoice submission, mailing, scanning, filing, materials fulfillment, and rotational front desk coverage as needed
Qualifications:
1 year of related administrative experienceCapable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities with a sense of urgencyHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to learn new tasks and/or software programs quicklyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPositive and client-orientedAbility to effectively partner with team members and other administrative staffAbility to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for assistanceOffice hours are 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday and 7:30am - 11:30am Friday.
