Overview: As a Technical Training Lead at SQA Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting that the
training developed by the organization meets the needs of each associate job description and that
the training is aligned with the goals of each managed program. At the same time the training lead
will make sure that training programs are met and executed according to operational plans.
\n Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.Conduct individual associate and team skills gap analyses Develop technical training courses for all associate qualifications (inspectors, auditors, engineers, etc) Coordinate program-related trainings, including presentations of workbooks, technical parameters and customers deliverable expectations. Ensure all new hires undergo basic technical trainingLiaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom-style trainingsSchedule in-house educational sessions using e-learning platformsMeasure improvements in employees' job performance at the end of each courseGather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning processEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure training materials are current and relevant.Collaborate with the associate care department to monitor and track associate progress and performance following training, providing additional support or resources as needed. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience 3+ years proven experience as a Technical Training Manager, Technical Trainer or similar roleExperience in developing technical course content both for novices and experts with technologyKnowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniquesExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple languageBSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
\n$74,200 - $117,100 a year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may
vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education,
and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SQA. You will also receive
