Key Responsibilities: Crafting and executing user-centered communication strategies that utilize modern digital methods to create engaging content.Producing and refining captivating copy for various platforms, including web, email, digital, print, and user interfaces, ensuring it is informative, educational, or prompts audience action when suitable.Fostering relationships with key stakeholders through initiatives like campaigns, newsletters, events, training sessions, and other marketing and communication activities.Pursuing continuous improvement in quality and advising unit leaders on opportunities to enhance processes or project communications.Assisting in the planning and coordination of event logistics to ensure exceptional customer experiences.Contributing to the creative and strategic vision and execution for unit and project teams.Collaborating with project teams, IT professionals, vendors, campus partners, and other stakeholders.Carrying out assigned administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in marketing or communications, ideally in a higher education or tech setting.Outstanding written communication skills.Quick to grasp technical concepts.Strong communication abilities for both internal and external audiences.Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail.Adaptable to change and organizational evolution in a dynamic environment.Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, with experience in collaborative features like tracked changes and document sharing.Open to utilizing and supporting collaborative and agile project management processes.
