Calling all Technical Writers!!!
We have an immediate opening for a technical writer to complete a 6-9 month contract!
The primary focus of this role is to create tutorials, instructions and support material for users on our platforms. This candidate should be able to develop clear, concise documentation and have familiarity with writing AI prompts.
What you will receive:
-Monday – Friday work schedule

What will you be doing?
-Developing tutorials and instructions for users on our site.
-Create support material including, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge based articles
-Collaborate with SMEs, ensuring up-to-date content creation
-Write AI prompts to assist in the daily processes
-Gather user feedback and to enhance documentation and support material.
What you need to have:
-2 years of experience as a technical writer – specifically creating tutorials, instructions and support documentation
-Strong writing, communication, and research skills
-Degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
