This individual is responsible for developing and producing interactive/online technical documentation using browser-based languages training products.
Responsibilities: Develop and update operational procedures, detailed descriptions of its hardware and software components, and an interactive online help feature. Maintain approximately 500 content files in knowledge repositories. Develop and manage content for the IETM, including an online help feature. Content encompasses documentation and procedures outlining the system level operations and maintenance.Collaborate with technical writers and subject matter experts to create technical documentation, including manuals, user guides, and maintenance instructions. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Active DoD Secret Clearance.3-5 years of directly related experience.Must have five years (5) of experience developing and producing interactive/online technical documentation.Two (2) years demonstrated experience supervising content development and integration efforts.Two (2) years demonstrated experience using XML authoring tool sets.Strong communications skills.
