Techno Functional Peoplesoft Payroll Lead

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Techno Functional PeopleSoft Payroll Lead . Job Description: Job Title: Techno Functional PeopleSoft Payroll Lead Job Location: Phoenix, AZ or Plano, TX Work Schedule: Remote may also work Pay Rate: $60/hr to $67/hr on W2 and $75/hr to $78/hr on C2C Responsibilities: Required Skills: PeopleSoft Payroll: Deep understanding of the entire pay cycle, including setup, end to end processing, and reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine(Integration/Process), SQR and PeopleSoft Query. Ability to review and modify code (e.g., retrofitting). Data Review: Payroll Check to Check comparison To review all mass uploads(Time Attendance , Adhoc uploads etc) come into Payroll and export from payroll Oracle HCM Integration: Experience integrating PeopleSoft Payroll with Oracle HCM modules is a plus. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective temporary and permanent solutions. Responsibilities: Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Payroll functional activities. Review and modify PeopleSoft code as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations. Desired Qualifications: Strong technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll and Core HR Experience working in a complex payroll environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
