Position Summary: On-Site PC Services (OSPC) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technology Alignment Manager (TAM) to help clients optimize their technology environments. As part of a proven framework for MSP success, the TAM is responsible for aligning clients' technology systems with best practices, driving technology strategies, and supporting the ongoing health and functionality of client infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to perform proactive assessments and develop strategic recommendations based on client environments. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in an MSP setting, working with various tools and technologies to deliver exceptional service, and helping clients realize the value of their technology investments through structured alignment processes. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct regular technology alignment reviews for clients, assessing systems, security, and compliance with industry best practices. · Develop technology strategies and recommendations based on findings from assessments. · Collaborate with vCIOs and other client-facing teams to ensure strategic IT decisions align with business goals. · Help to prepare and deliver presentations for business meetings with clients (QBRs / YBRs) · Maintain and update client technology standards documentation in IT Glue or other relevant documentation systems. · Track and remediate technical risks through Kaseya MyITProcess, ensuring proactive management of client environments. · Perform ongoing evaluations of hardware, software, network, and security configurations to meet performance and availability standards. · Manage IT standardization efforts across client environments, ensuring consistency and alignment with MSP's best practices. · Provide frequent updates to clients during project lifecycles and at appropriate, routine cadences · Provide guidance and support for cloud and on-prem infrastructure including Azure, AWS, and virtualized environments (e.g., Hyper-V). · Advise on client security needs, including Active Directory structures, firewall configurations (SonicWall, Fortinet), and endpoint protection. · Participate in technical meetings and assessments to present alignment findings and strategic plans to clients. · Assist with onboarding new clients by reviewing and aligning existing infrastructure with MSP standards. · Assist with Qualifications: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with experience in client-facing roles. · Preferably, 1-2 years of experience performing field work for an MSP · Proven experience in performing technology assessments, network, and systems analysis. · Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS), networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, etc.), and security best practices. · Experience with documentation platforms such as IT Glue and Autotask PSA for tracking and reporting. · Strong understanding of firewalls, networking equipment, and system security management (SonicWall, Fortinet, Ubiquiti - preferred). · Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102, or similar cloud and networking certifications).
