About The RoleWe are growing the Hightouch Technology Partnerships team and looking for a Partner Solution Engineer who will help shape the CDP landscape for our partners, specifically Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP.
The Hightouch Partner Solution Engineer understands the modern CDP ecosystem and the role that Hightouch plays in enabling our customers to transform their warehouse and marketing stack.

You're responsible for delivering on all activities required to guarantee a thriving warehouse Partner Ecosystem, including product demos, hands-on enablement and training, and creation of go-to-market solutions with partner products.
What You'll DoPersistent outbound to solutions engineers at Snowflake, Databricks, and GCPOwn the Technical side of Technology Partnerships, including:
Providing Hightouch enablement and hands-on labs to data warehouse field teamsWork with product, sales, and development teams at Hightouch and our partners to improve user experience and provide feedback for feature developmentDevelop and present impactful demos showcasing the business value of Hightouch tailored for Technology Partners & Customers at trade shows, webinars, and engagement meetingsSupport partners developing integrations with HightouchParticipate in product, sales, and partner certifications to acquire and maintain skillsWhat We're Looking ForTechnical expertise, with a minimum 5 years of data warehouse and/or MarTech solutions engineering experienceComposable CDP experience - Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran, dbt, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Data Cloud, Hightouch.SQL and Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery are a plusAble to develop compelling, tangible demo environments tailored to specific CDP use casesExperience presenting data or MarTech solutions to large audiences at all levels of an organizationCustomer-facing experience with a strong sense of empathy and relationship management25% Travel involvedBonus If You HaveExperience at a SaaS company or with cloud architecturesExperience working with channel partnersExperience developing with APIsConsulting or Startup experienceExperience building bridges between Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams, internally and externallyThe salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000 OTE (70/30 variable) USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
